Muscle Milk


I have tried several protein blends since early 90’s, and none of them pack a punch like Muscle Milk. First of all, most protein powders taste nasty and are heavy on the stomach. The key is to stay anabolic instead of becoming catabolic, and Muscle Milk makes this easy to do. Take two scoops first thing in the morning, and then another 45 minutes before workouts.
